4 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies catcher J.T. Realmuto (knee) was pinch hit for in the eighth inning after he was hit in the left knee by a foul ball in the bottom of the seventh, according to Todd Zolecki of MLB.com. There's no word as to the severity of the injury, but given the fact he was replaced late in the game with the Phillies leading, it's possible the early exit was precautionary.
