4 years agoChicago White Sox first baseman Jose Abreu has continued to warm up with another strong performance on Tuesday versus the Minnesota Twins. Abreu went 2-for-3 with a hit by pitch, three runs scored and a two-run home run. Abreu is historically a slow starter, but has now hit safely in four straight games with three doubles, one home run and six RBI during that span. The reigning American League MVP is trending up and his buy low window is beginning to close. Abreu is now hitting .231 with seven home runs and 28 RBI.
