4 years agoWinnipeg Jets winger Blake Wheeler recorded two goals and two assists on Tuesday to help his team shut out Vancouver 5-0. Despite Winnipeg's struggles lately, the Jets captain compiled 12 points in 11 games. Wheeler tends to play right wing skating alongside Kyle Connor and Mark Scheifele on the Jets first line. Winnipeg secured the third seed in the Scotia North Division, and they will draw the Edmonton Oilers in the first round of the playoffs.
