4 years agoToronto Maple Leafs center Auston Matthews scored his 41st goal of the season in Wednesday's 4-3 overtime loss against Ottawa, stretching his point streak to seven games in the process. Jake Muzzin had a power-play goal and John Tavares scored as well. Matthews led the team with six shots, and he delivered one hit. The league's best goal-scorer hasn't found the net just five times since the start of last month. He'll head into the regular-season finale against Winnipeg on 66 points.
