4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers closer Kenley Jansen will head into the weekend with five straight appearances without giving up an earned run. Jansen has allowed only one hit during that stretch and, for the season, is holding opponents to a .089 average. The veteran closer is 6-of-8 in save chances this season but control has been an issue early on this season. In 15 1/3 innings pitched, he has allowed only four hits all season but has walked 14 hitters. Jansen has walked at least one hitter in 11 of his 14 appearances, a slight drawback for fantasy teams as the veteran is off to a solid start.--Joey C - RotoBaller
