4 years agoPittsburgh Pirates first baseman Will Craig picked up his first major league hit on Thursday, as he went 1-for-3 with a home run in a 3-1 loss to the Giants. Craig was recalled to the Pirates after utility man Phillip Evans was placed on the injured list this week, and he got his first start on Thursday. He has shown some power in the minors with 54 home runs and a .415 slugging percentage over five seasons, and could be a potential corner infield option in deep mixed or NL-only formats.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
