4 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder/first baseman Alex Kirilloff (wrist) was on the field taking grounders during warmups ahead of Friday's game against the Athletics. Manager Rocco Baldelli also noted that Kirilloff has progressed to taking dry swings. There is still no timetable for the talented prospect's return to action, though it would certainly be a good sign if he can progress through activities such as these without setbacks. If that's the case, then perhaps the wrist issue is one that Kirilloff can manage without surgery, meaning his return to action could be shortly after he's eligible to come off the injured list. Fantasy managers should stay tuned for updates on Kirilloff's progress and a potential timetable for his return.--Tim Capurso
