4 years agoThe last time NASCAR came to Dover, Harvick had one of the more dominant performances of the 2021 season. The Stewart-Haas Racing driver led 223 of 311 laps and won the race with relative ease. It will be anything but this time around. However, Harvick is buoyed by the fact that he was fourth in the first installment and had two more fourth-place results in 2019. The No. 4 is fast enough and if he is close, then lookout.
