4 years agoBrad Keselowski starts all the way down in 15th on Sunday at Dover. This gives the Team Penske driver a rare opportunity to achieve an easy positive place differential. He has finished in the top ten twice in a row and even led nine laps in the first installment last season. Every race since 2017 has seen the driver hang around the top ten throughout each race. Is he expected to win or finish in the top three? That is likely a no. However, the No. 2 will move up.
