4 years agoCleveland Indians starting pitcher Aaron Civale allowed seven hits and five earned runs while walking one and striking out six in 6 2/3 innings in Friday night's 7-3 loss to the Seattle Mariners. Civale had been giving up hits all night and struggled a bit with leaving pitches in the zone and the Mariners took advantage of it. Civale is now 5-1 with a 3.40 ERA and 39 strikeouts across 53 innings pitched. He will look to get back on track in his next start against the Los Angeles Angels on Wednesday.--Kipp Heisterman - RotoBaller
