3 years agoColorado Rockies right-hander Jhoulys Chacin took a no-decision on Saturday when he allowed two runs on four hits with one walk and three strikeouts over four innings in a 6-5 loss to the Reds. Chacin did a solid job holding down the powerful Cincinnati offense on Saturday. Both runs he allowed came via a Nick Castellano homer in the top of the third inning. Other than that, he limited the Reds offense while one and punching out three. This was Chacin's first start of the season and he'll probably get another one based on this performance. He'll likely swing between the bullpen and the starting rotation throughout the rest of the year. His 5.51 ERA and 1.65 WHIP over 16 1/3 innings leaves a lot to be desired, though. He's not a recommended fantasy option as a starter or a reliever.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
