4 years agoSeattle Mariners starting pitcher Marco Gonzales (forearm) was able to throw 15 pitches on Monday. It doesn't sound like a lot, but Gonzales is making progress. He is reportedly going to throw again on Tuesday. Seattle plans to have Gonzales throw a bullpen session on Friday, assuming he doesn't suffer a setback before then. He has been sidelined all month due to a left forearm strain. Gonzales has been pitching below average to start the season, but it is worth looking at if fantasy managers are willing to be patient with him.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
