4 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout (calf) has been placed on the 10-day injured list and will be out six to eight weeks, the team announced through Twitter on Tuesday night. Trout suffered the injury while running the bases in Monday night's win over the Indians, as he had to be replaced defensively in the top of the second inning. While it's not as bad as some had feared Trout's injury could be, it's still a significant blow to many fantasy manager's rosters. Juan Lagares will likely see an uptick in playing time, as it remains to be seen if the Angels will opt to recall one of their outfield prospects.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
