4 years agoChicago Cubs infielder David Bote went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and a two-run home run on Tuesday versus the Washington Nationals. Bote opened the season as the Cubs regular second baseman, but has lot that job Nico Hoerner. Bote's versatility has allowed him to get a good amount of starts per week for the Cubs, but he doesn't offer much value for managers to run to the waiver wire for.
