Jesse Winker Hits Solo Homer In Loss
3 years agoCincinnati Reds outfielder Jesse Winker went 2-for-4 with a solo homer in a 4-2 loss to the San Francisco Giants on Tuesday. Winker went deep off of former teammate Anthony DeSclafani in the first inning on a shot that traveled 390 feet. The veteran outfielder is putting together a breakout season for the Reds, hitting a robust .350 with eight homers, 27 runs, and 23 RBI across 137 at-bats. He should continue to rack up the runs scored hitting leadoff for what has been an explosive Cincinnati lineup.
