4 years agoNew York Mets shortstop Francisco Lindor went 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored in the Mets' 4-3 win over the Braves on Tuesday. Lindor was coming off a rough four-game stretch in which he was just 1-for-15, so the two-hit performance was a welcomed sight. Hopefully, Tuesday's performance will jump-start his bat which has massively underperformed in 2021. Now a quarter of the way through the 2021 campaign, Lindor has posted a mediocre .195/.309/.289 slash line to go with three home runs and eight RBI in 128 at-bats for his new ball club in New York. Hopefully, better days are ahead for Lindor and those fantasy managers who expended an early draft pick on the struggling superstar.--Nick Ritrivi - RotoBaller
