Max Muncy Continues To Stay Hot
4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers infielder Max Muncy went 2-for-3 with a hit-by-pitch, one run scored and his first stolen base of the season on Wednesday evening versus the Arizona Diamondbacks. Muncy got off to a slow start this season, but has turned the corner in the month of May. Muncy is hitting .263 on the season with eight home runs and 23 RBI, but has been scorching hot over the last two weeks with three home runs, nine RBI and a .368 batting average. Managers who remained patient with Muncy are now seeing the results they expected. He remains a valuable option in all formats and offers plenty of versatility with a good spot in a strong lineup.
