4 years agoTampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Rich Hill limited the Orioles to just one run on two hits and four walks over six innings, as he earned the win and the quality start in a 10-1 victory over Baltimore. Hill has quickly become a quality start machine, as he now has three straight quality starts against the Athletics, Yankees and Orioles, and has four quality starts in his last five outings. He hasn't done much to help in the strikeout department however, as his four strikeouts on Thursday afternoon marked the sixth time in nine starts that he recorded four or fewer strikeouts. His value is limited in most formats, but he can be a solid matchup-dependent streaming option in QS formats.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
