4 years agoChicago White Sox first baseman Jose Abreu (ankle) will return to the lineup on Friday and bat fourth versus the New York Yankees. Abreu was sidelined for the last three games with a sore left ankle, but appears to be good to go this evening. Abreu has been enjoying a great month of May and is hitting .255 on the season with eight home runs and 33 RBI. Abreu remains one of the most consistent sluggers in the league and he will square off against Jordan Montgomery on Friday.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
