3 years agoBoston Red Sox shortstop Xander Bogaerts went deep again Saturday, launching a solo shot off Phillies reliever Sam Coonrod. It was his tenth home run of the year. He went 1-for-3 for the game with the home run, a walk, and a sacrifice fly. With this performance, Bogaerts lifted his OPS to 1.004. There aren't enough superlatives for Bogaerts, who has been relentless with all of his homers coming in the past thirty days.
