Luis Castillo Struggles Again On Sunday
3 years agoCincinnati Reds right-hander Luis Castillo struggled in a 9-4 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers on Sunday. Castillo allowed five runs over five innings of work while striking out five and walking four. It has been a dreadful start to the season for Castillo, who now has a 1-7 record, 7.61 ERA, 1.80 WHIP, and 45 strikeouts in 47 1/3 innings of work. Fantasy gamers spent a high draft pick to add Castillo to their squads but he needs to be parked on benches until (if) he starts to get things straightened out on the mound. Castillo is lined up to take on the Chicago Cubs next time through the rotation.
