4 years agoBaltimore Orioles pitching prospect DL Hall had his swing-and-miss stuff working on Sunday when he whiffed eight batters in just four innings of work. He walked two batters but allowed just two hits and kept the opposing club off the scoreboard. Baltimore has cautiously managed Hall's innings this season but it hasn't kept the starting pitcher from dominating the level. Over six starts, he has a K-BB ratio of 31-8 in 16 innings of work. He's allowed just 10 hits — including one homer — and has a 2.81 ERA. Hall has the ceiling of a No. 2-3 starter but the Orioles organization has struggled to develop pitching prospects with John Means being a recent exception.--Marc Hulet - RotoBaller
