3 years agoSan Diego Padres starter Chris Paddack threw six strong innings Wednesday against the Milwaukee Brewers, settling for a no-decision. The right-hander extended his resurgent May, allotting just two hits and no walks while striking out two. His primary mistake was permitting a home run to starting counterpart Eric Lauer. Through four starts this month, the 25-year-old owns a shiny 1.42 ERA. Overall, he's rebounded from a rough start to hold a 3.61 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 22 percent strikeout rate across 45 ⅓ frames.
