4 years agoToronto Blue Jays outfielder George Springer (quad) was able to get through some outfield drills on Thursday. Blue Jays manager Charlie Montoyo said this was the best that Springer has felt since injuring his quad. He has only appeared in four games with the team this season, so hopefully Springer won't be sidelined for too much longer. The outfield drills are a sign in the right direction, so hopefully there will be a rehab assignment in the near future.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
