3 years agoOakland Athletics outfielder Stephen Piscotty went 2-for-2 in a win over the Angels on Friday. The hits bring the veteran's batting average back over the Mendoza line as he's batting .202 on the season. Piscotty is a fantasy asset of yesteryear, but he's been struggling mightily in 2021 and is losing at-bats to Seth Brown, who pinch-hit for Piscotty in Thursday's game. On the season, Piscotty has just a .278 on-base percentage and is doing almost nothing power-wise as his ISO is just .154.
