3 years agoErik Jones has had a positive place differential in six of his last eight races (DNF in the other two). Jones looked great in the practice session and turned in the fourth fastest lap of the session. The No. 43 Chevy drove to an 11th place result last year in the 400-lap race. On intermediate tracks the last three years, Jones has an average finish of 13.7 with one win. With Charlotte being a low-wear track, the Richard Petty Motorsports driver is good on long runs and may lurk around the top ten on Sunday. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
