3 years agoMinnesota Twins starting pitcher Kenta Maeda (groin) could be out longer than anticipated. Maeda threw a bullpen session on Friday, although the outing revealed that he was progressing slower than expected. The 33-year-old last took the hill on May 22 against the Cleveland Indians and was initially supposed to return at the beginning of June. However, it now appears as if he will be out longer. The righty has a 5.27 ERA this season to go along with a 2-2 record, so fantasy managers can drop him without thinking twice about it.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
