3 years agoPittsburgh Pirates starting pitcher Chad Kuhl (shoulder) is expected to be activated from the injured list on Monday. General manager Ben Cherington believes Kuhl will be ready to take the mound against the Kansas City Royals on Monday. Kuhl has been sidelined since mid-April due to a shoulder issue. He posted a 6.32 ERA, 1.78 WHIP, and 14/16 K/BB ratio over 15 2/3 innings before landing on the injured list. Fantasy managers can ignore him for the moment. Kuhl might be a deep league option, but this appears to be a wait-and-see type of situation.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
