3 years agoToronto Blue Jays reliever Jordan Romano worked a clean seventh inning in Sunday's first game of a doubleheader, collecting his third save in the 4-1 win. He worked around a one-out single from Josh Naylor, but was otherwise effective collecting a strikeout, groundout, and a pop out to finish off the Tribe. Romano appears to be manager Charlie Montoya's preference for save chances since he's received the last two opportunities while also preserving a four-run lead in the ninth earlier this week. The closing role makes the right-hander is a viable fantasy asset, not to mention his crisp 1.93 ERA, 0.95 WHIP, and 25 punchouts in 18.2 IP.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
