3 years agoMinnesota Twins second baseman/shortstop Jorge Polanco drove in a pair of runs in Monday's victory over the Baltimore Orioles. Polanco drove in the first run of the contest on a fielder's choice, then added an insurance run in the 10th inning with a solo homer. The solo blast registered an exit velocity of 101.2 MPH and was a good sign after a bit of a power outage. Polanco now has three extra-base hits in his last four games and will get an excellent matchup against Orioles' lefty Bruce Zimmerman on Tuesday. Zimmerman owns a 5.15 ERA this season.--Tim Capurso
