3 years agoAtlanta Braves right-handed pitcher Charlie Morton mustered up five frames on Monday as he picked up the win. Atlanta defeated Washington 6-2. In Morton's five innings pitched, he allowed six hits and three earned runs. He retired seven Washington batters while throwing 91 pitches. In 2021, the hurler has a 4-2 record, and he holds a 4.11 ERA. Morton has appeared in 52 frames and has struck out 61 batters.
