3 years agoArizona Diamondback right-handed pitcher Zac Gallen (elbow) showed promise in a 30-pitch bullpen session on Tuesday in which he used all of his pitches. He has been recovering from a UCL strain in his throwing elbow. Gallen should be out of the pitching rotation until potentially early July. Before getting hurt, the Diamondbacks pitcher carried a 1-1 record while appearing in five contests. He's pitched in 26 2/3 innings while striking out 32 opposing batters. Fantasy managers should keep watching how Gallen's rehab progresses, and he's tentatively set to throw another bullpen session on Friday.--Andrew Lennox - RotoBaller
