3 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Dylan Cease struggled in a loss against the Cleveland Indians on Tuesday. Cease only went 3 1/3 innings and allowed eight hits, six runs, one walk and struck out two. Cease just didn't have it Tuesday night and command was a big part of that problem. Cease has very good stuff when he is on, but he has also shown signs of being erratic. Cease is now 3-2 on the season with a 3.79 ERA. The young right-hander hasn't gone deep in games and has allowed 28 walks on the year, but he has recorded 68 strikeouts in 54 2/3 innings. Cease has most of his value in dynasty leagues and should be considered a streamer in favorable matchups in deeper mixed leagues. Cease will look to get back on track versus a weak Detroit Tigers offense on Sunday.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
