3 years agoMinnesota Twins starting pitcher Michael Pineda (forearm) dealt with some forearm tightness during Tuesday's start against the Baltimore Orioles. Pineda allowed five runs to the Orioles a week after shutting them down, exhibiting decreased velocity on each of his pitches. Manager Rocco Baldelli described the injury as "very mild"- and that it contributed to Pineda's early hook from his outing. Baldelli added that he expects the veteran righty to be perfectly fine moving forward, so fantasy managers should feel good going back to Pineda, provided he doesn't suffer a setback.--Tim Capurso
