Vladimir Guerrero Jr. Has Three Hits, Homer On Saturday
3 years agoToronto Blue Jays first baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr. had another productive day at the office in Saturday's 6-2 win over the Astros, going 3-for-4 with a homer. His league-leading 18th round-tripper came off starter Jose Urquidy for a a two-run shot in the fifth as he added a pair of singles to improve his average to .338 on the year. Guerrero also took over the major-league RBI lead with his 47th run driven in and would now take home the Triple Crown trophy if the season ended today. The former top prospect is looking more and more likely to bring home fantasy championships for managers who took a shot on him on draft day.
