3 years agoColorado Rockies' second baseman/outfielder Garrett Hampson is absent from the lineup for Sunday's game vs. the Oakland Athletics. Yonathan Daza is starting in center field while Ryan McMahon is at second base against right-hander James Kaprielian. Hampson had started the last four games but has now been absent from the lineup three times over the last seven contests. Manager Bud Black should continue to rotate his lineup on a daily basis. The speedy 26-year-old has been decent so far for Colorado this year with a .245/.303/.437 batting line to go along with five home runs, 16 RBI, and 11 stolen vases over 192 at-bats.--Jon Mathisen - RotoBaller
