3 years agoCincinnati Reds first baseman Joey Votto (thumb) was sore following Saturday's rehab game. The veteran has been on the shelf since May 6 with a broken left thumb but remains on track to return on Tuesday against Milwaukee. Votto has struggled this season, batting just .226 to go along with 24 hits, 17 RBI, and five homers throughout 29 games. He does possess name recognition, so fantasy managers may be able to orchestrate a trade. However, for those who can't, he can be dropped.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
