3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies shortstop Didi Gregorius could begin his minor league rehab assignment before the end of the week. He has been battling an elbow injury while being sidelined since May 12th. He began taking batting practice this past weekend. Before injuring his elbow, the veteran shortstop carried a .229 batting average to go along with four home runs and 22 RBI.
