3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers outfielder AJ Pollock will rest on Thursday versus the Pittsburgh Pirates. Pollock returned from the injured list last Thursday and has started four of the Dodgers five games since his return. Pollock is 4-for-17 since his return with two RBI. Health has always been an issue for the talented outfielder, but he is a valuable member in all formats when he isn't sidelined. Pollock is hitting .270 with four home runs, 19 RBI and two stolen bases this season. He will be replaced by infielder/outfielder Matt Beaty on Thursday. Beaty will play left field and bat fifth in a favorable matchup versus Mitch Keller.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
