Blake Snell Takes The Loss Against The Mets Friday
3 years agoSan Diego Padres starting pitcher Blake Snell failed to follow up his gem against the Mets last outing with another successful start, instead only lasting four innings in the rematch with New York. Snell allowed three runs on five hits and three walks while striking out four. The loss drops his record to 2-3 for the year, and he has a 4.97 ERA, 1.47 WHIP, and 84 strikeouts in 58 innings. Although the strikeout rate is excellent, Snell has only completed six innings twice this year, making it nearly impossible for him to return value for fantasy managers based on his ADP.
