3 years agoChicago White Sox starting pitcher Lucas Giolito threw six innings while allowing two earned runs and one walk and striking out nine in Friday night's 5-4 win over the Detroit Tigers. It was the second consecutive start against the Tigers for Giolito and he struck out nine in each of them. While he has had some issues with the home run ball as he allowed two bombs in this one, he will still carry a 3.81 ERA with 96 strikeouts across 75 2/3 innings pitched into his next start against the Tampa Bay Rays on Wednesday.--Kipp Heisterman - RotoBaller
