3 years agoPittsburgh Pirates starting pitcher Trevor Cahill strained his left calf and is now on the team's 10-day injured list. The right-hander might have reaggravated his left calf strain as he missed three weeks last month with the same injury. Regardless of this latest setback, Cahill has struggled when he has been healthy. He's recorded a 6.57 ERA with a 1-5 record while pitching in 37 innings. The 33-year-old will not be a factor in fantasy baseball as he is not on any fantasy teams in Yahoo.--Andrew Lennox - RotoBaller
