4 years agoLos Angeles Angels third baseman Phil Gosselin will start at third base in place of the injured Anthony Rendon on Wednesday. Gosselin has been used primarily as a player that manager Joe Maddon can use off the bench late in games but could see more playing time coming up due to Rendon's triceps injury. Through 68 spread-out at-bats this season, Gosselin is slashing .294/.333/.412 with five doubles and nine runs batted in. Gosselin is too risky to insert into fantasy lineups but is 4-for-11 (.364) in the month of June.--Joey C - RotoBaller
