3 years agoOakland Athletics first baseman Matt Olson went 1-for-5 with a no-doubt homer into the second deck at Yankee Stadium. Olson is hitting the ball as hard as anyone in the Majors this season as he's in the top five percent of hitters in expected slugging and expected wOBA. He's making hard contact 51 percent of the time and is sporting an elite 15.5 percent barrel rate. No wonder his massive power couldn't be contained by Yankee Stadium.
