3 years agoWashington Nationals starting pitcher Max Scherzer (groin) is scheduled to throw a bullpen session on Saturday. He was able to throw off flat ground on Friday and could possibly be ready to make his next start on Tuesday. The 36-year-old has been banged up with a few minor injuries, but should be ready to pitch soon. Fantasy managers can be hopeful that Scherzer is ready by Tuesday, assuming he gets through this bullpen session without any issues.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
