3 years agoKansas City Royals speedster Whit Merrifield went 1-for-3 with a walk and three stolen bases in a loss to the Red Sox Saturday. Merrifield already has swiped 20 bags in 2021. The 32-year-old veteran is batting .272 with five home runs, 38 RBI, and 41 runs scored. He leads the whole major league in stolen bases and is tenth in hits in the American League. Hopefully, for fantasy managers who have Merrifield rostered, he will continue his torrid pace on the base path and at the plate.--Andrew Lennox - RotoBaller
