3 years agoColorado Rockies starting pitcher Austin Gomber (forearm) has been placed on the 10-day injured list. He exited early during Saturday's start due to left forearm tightness. Unsurprisingly, Gomber will head to the injured list and does not have a timetable attached. Hopefully, Gomber won't miss more than the minimal 10 days, but fantasy managers are going to have to wait and see. In the meantime, right-hander pitcher Joe Harvey has been recalled to take the spot on the active roster. He has pitched well in the minors this season, but won't have a huge impact in fantasy formats. Fantasy managers should be patient and stash Gomber on their IR spot until he returns.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
