Chi Chi Gonzalez Shelled In No-Decision
3 years agoColorado Rockies right-hander Chi Chi Gonzalez took a no-decision on Sunday when he allowed six runs on eight hits with two walks and four strikeouts over 5 1/3 innings in a 7-6 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers. Gonzalez had a rough go in this one as the Brewers were all over him from the outset. Milwaukee scored runs in the first, second, fourth, and sixth innings. Kolten Wong accounted for the most damage with a two-run homer and an RBI single. The poor outing raises Gonzalez ERA to a terrible 6.12 to go along with a 1.48 WHIP and 37:18 K/BB ratio across 64 2/3 innings. He's lined up to face these same Brewers again for his next start. He doesn't miss enough bats to warrant any type of streaming appeal.
