3 years agoNew York Yankees catcher Gary Sanchez is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Kansas City Royals. Manager Aaron Boone said he considered starting Sanchez at catcher but ultimately went back to Kyle Higashioka with Gerrit Cole on the mound. Boone did say that the plan is for Sanchez, who has slugged five homers in June, to catch each of the next two games. As for Tuesday night, Higashioka will bat eighth against Royals' righty Brady Singer. He can be avoided in fantasy, given that he's 2-for-14 in June.--Tim Capurso
