3 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies starting pitcher Matt Moore (back) has been activated off the 10-day injured list on Wednesday. He missed a month of action after going down with back spasms in late May. He has been horrendous during his nine outings with Philly this season. Moore is expected to continue pitching out of the bullpen with occasional spot starts. Fantasy managers can go ahead and leave him on the waiver wire. Nick Maton has been optioned to the minors in a corresponding move. He has been a decent bench bat for Philly, so he'll likely return again before the season is over.
